Process

Over the years, the Prodoto team have developed the perfect process for both bringing the goods to you, and for making you feel at home, right here in the studio. Whether you are looking to promote your staff, your business, or your shiny new premises, the Prodoto process can work for you:

1. The First Step – One of our Account Managers will have a chat with you to discuss particulars such as timescales, shoot requirements, location and turnaround.

2. Booking-In – A shoot and production slot will be allocated to suit your timescales, and arrangements made for location sets or studio shooting.

3. Pre-Shoot Preparations – Your account manager will contact you to finalise arrangements for transport and your availability, and to arrange extra services such as hair and make-up.

4. The Shoot – One of our photographers will photograph specifically to your brief and requirements. Guiding you through the process, the photographer will offer you advice and ideas on how best to promote yourself and your business.

5. Finishing Touches – Your images are then taken through the in-house post production process, where the finishing touches and quality control checks are made. All images are supplied ready for print and web use.

6. Download Images – You will then be issued a unique client access code, which will allow you to view and download your images direct from our website. A CD containing hi-res, low-res and tiff images will also be dispatched.

Distance is not an object for Prodoto, which is why the team has been known to attend corporate conferences and business gatherings, as well as travelling to businesses up and down the UK, providing the highest quality shots with dexterity.
